Beyond Labels Analytics in Looker Studio

In this project, I utilized Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Looker Studio to create interactive dashboards and reports for analyzing the performance, user engagement, and impact of the March of Dimes Beyond Labels website. This setup enabled data-driven decision-making and optimization for stakeholders.

Google Tag Manager (GTM):
GTM is a tag management system that allows for seamless setup and management of tags on the website without altering the code. I configured GTM to track and manage various user interactions and events across the Beyond Labels website.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4):
GA4 is an analytics service that provides insights into traffic and engagement across websites and apps. I used GA4 to measure key performance metrics and refine the digital strategy, optimizing campaigns and enhancing the overall online presence of the Beyond Labels initiative.

Looker Studio:
Looker Studio uses SQL (Structured Query Language) for querying databases and retrieving data. I leveraged Looker Studio’s capabilities to build interactive dashboards and reports, incorporating calculated fields and custom formulas to analyze and visualize data effectively.

Purpose of the Project:
Develop interactive dashboards and reports to offer stakeholders insights into the Beyond Labels website’s performance, user engagement, and impact, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic optimizations.
